Not too sure if it's OP or not, it seems to fit in pretty well. If I had to see it changed, I'd say less shots per clip or less fire rate would be good nerfs, and more range or more headshot multiplier would be good buffs.
That's the SCR, mind. The ASCR I don't give two ***** about and don't have the usage experience to say how to deal with it :p
Also, as a note, the AR nerf is plain knowledge by now, as it's been moved back twice. The AR crown that use the forums are probably trying to find a new weapon to latch on to. |

It's a bit sad, really. I distinctly recall it being hailed as a well-balanced weapon for a long time after its release. I guess the QQ train has no brakes.
What do you think? Is it OMGWTFBBQ OP NERF NERF NERF? Is it likely to be in the path of the QQ train? Is it fine? Listen if you skill into to proficiency of any weapon it becomes powerful. Thats the point. Any one who cries about high damage or dying quick needs to stop playing this game and go play a disney game or something. The award for skilling solely into one weapon is absolute power! I am a md user and i have to say this. I believe the scr needs a little more power. Not according to my HMG with Prof. 5 and 2 comp damage mods You have to crouch -_-. Any Hamster would know this. you are a hamster right? Btw the hmg is kinda like a point defense weapon. You heavy hamsters arent really meant for long range combat.
You shouldn't have to crouch to make the HMG viable. If it's just to decrease your profile and make it harder for enemies to hit that's one thing, but if you have to do that to make the gun accurate at it's intended range something is wrong. If it were a gun with a bi/tripod then that would be one thing, or a gun that fires at extreme range like the Sniper Rifle, then set-up time would be an obvious thing... but here, the HMG can't even function at medium range, or at least not ti the same degree as a Blaster Light weapon, which is sad. Boundless Creation should be ashamed of their shoddy work. |
