Not many things scheduled for 1.6 so that's why we might not be seeing them yet.
1.7 is suppose to be a big release. |

Iron Wolf Saber wrote:1.6 notes will be available soon as its a hard confirm of those features making it in. 1.6 as stated is to be mostly a technical debt paying patch.

No, it is more of a behind the scenes performance kind of thing - nothing flashy. |

I personally hope they do non stop patches like they did in 1.5, It was the smoothest patch to date... with very little problems generally all good fixes.
CCP doesn't have the massive developer population able to take on massive content patches every month. And the fixing of previous patches before you can work on the next is just a shooting yourself in the foot mentality.
Keep Fixing the core game mechanic's CCP it's what we need in this game, after DUST becomes consistently solid through Public -> faction -> PC then we can worry about content.
Right now all we need is a game that work's, Frame rate's that don't drop off massively in fight's, tweak 1 shot kill weapon's that are designed to add random death's to anyone no matter what precautions are taken.
Most of all we need an actual accuracy system. Where you have recorded how many headshot's you've done... How many times you shot them in the left arm, or the foot? The accuracy system how it is is headshot or blanket value damage shot... No matter if you hit them in the foot or the chest, there is no different in damage values.
The accuracy system relates right back to hit registry... And why its so poor... the system was done very poorly... with little hitboxes introduced. |

Wow, pretty much the exact opposite of what Dust really needs.
Dust needs new content, badly. That's why you have a declining population - the overall boringness of Dust.
People will play a flawed but interesting game. They will not play a boring but perfect game.
