So I get bored of Dust and decide to go and play (enter game of choice here) for several weeks, months, or even years. But then I come back for whatever reason and well I have a crap ton of rollover SP I can earn.
So I can either 24/7 grind away and earn them or I can buy a booster that will ge me my SP's faster.

So no one cares about this anymore, huh. 
Maybe everyone has just become numb to the fact that CCP will never deliver to us the game that they said they would.
