I'm not trying to barge in here, but we've helped several small corporations by inviting them to our pub channel to assist in squading up. One of the biggest challenges for a small corp is getting the new recruits to hang around long enough to allow your numbers to grow. You can be assured that nobody will try to lure your guys away. I want to see more corporations grow strong.

Our pilots get monthly ISK benefits for supporting our cause, mainly through indusyry and anti-pirate program. We are also looking into starting benefit programs for our mercenaries too, and are throwing around a few ideas.

Thank you for the compliments, and your offer. I do not think that joining your channel is going to benefit our corporation significantly though, due to our odd recruitment policies. We are not recruiting people just for their prowess in combat, but for their interest in roleplaying, specifically RP revolving around Intaki secession, and a willingness to change your in-game habits to reflect the corporation policies(our pilots are not allowed to participate in Factional Warfare, for instance).
In other words, we are not recruiting just for the sake of numbers, but to find new long-term members that fit into our corporation's ideals, really want to be in our corporation, and stay in our corporation, that is why we have an application process.
Squadding with strangers would help our name get spread more, yes. But we are already doing that through the use of the squad finder, whenever I get to play with my fellow ILF mercenaries, we make a squad in the squad finder and see if anyone interested comes in.

We are mostly US and Canada based at the moment, and if I remember right I'm the only mercenary from the EU. You will usually find me logged in at EU primetime.
