These babies will be rare and all roles will have one. When the game gets balanced, unleash these suits. Maybe you can customize the suit and put slots where you want them. Or they come equipped with an extra H or L slot.

There is 1 officer suit but it was a reward for a tournament IRC. Supposedly we will get these but its SOON. |

I would like this, as long as the dropsuit's value is like 1,000,000 ISK so that everyone gets a nice chunk of change when the noobs in pub matches pull one out and lose it instantly. |

Being officer it will be a rare item so I think that will be enough. Even rarer then the weapons. |

The rarity should be (least to most) modules,equipment, vehicle modules, weapons, vehicle weapons, suits, vehicles
That's if they introduce officers every thing |

I've been arguing for this since forever. But with would getting an officer weapon 1 out of I guess hazard 250 matches...I doubt they'd be that OP. I've gotten around 25 balacs since uprising hit, and I've added about 25k kills to the game. 1 drop every 3k kills.
They would be OP, and in that sense all officer gear should be.
There should be a correlation recognizable between higher power and rarity. |

I like to imagine these suits being stockpiled like nukes in the Cold War... Then when an important battle rolls around the few guys who have the Skills to use them are being deployed like the SPARTANs in Halo. |

Maybe one of the suits would be unique in the fact that it has three grenade slots. |

Actually, the Balac's officer assault suit has still two equipment slots, like the proto assaults of old.
The funny part is that it's considered basic frame and not getting any bonuses (haven't checked in two months though)... |
