Templar Omniscient fit is basically a walking radar dish, with the express purpose of finding radar dampened scouts.

No scout can beat that scanner with 1 PD I think the max scanner is 19 db and scouts have a scan profile of 45...so with max skills and a complex...I think it goes down to 19...seems your are right good sir.

Whenever someone clips me with a sniper round from a mountain far far away, I load a charge sniper rifle fit at a supply depot and scan that direction. With my EYE. If you don't have any plates in the lows I don't even have to aim for the head to get that OHK.

Heavies HAVE the high Scan Profile but also suck at Scan PRecision : / (and not enough high slots to fix it)
