Except log in daily for my bonus. Check forums. Then staring at my stove Betty who refuses to cook for me..... I'm burned out. I'm not quitting, but I'm not playing either. *sigh* the sad life of a Dusty merc.
P.S. My controller's right joystick has a huge deadspot to the left. |

May as well get a mouse and keyboard, makes a huge difference no dead spots in aiming or moving |

Ha, I have beaten my controller to all hell. Then I made a mistake of buying a third party. Worst mistake ever. I play with KBM sometimes but not enough to warrant me to fully switch to it. LOL in the heat of battle, WASD can get tapped randomly or I will accidentally crotch at the wrong time
But how about you take some days off merc...just chill for a bit and come back. Or find a new cause to reinvigorate your fight. |

I'm watching the full 11 seasons of Stargate... PLUS Stargate Atlantis, and just playing about 1 hour a day. That hopefully should keep me busy to 1.7
At least that CCP decides to surprise us in 1.6 ....? I know, i know... i'm dreaming. |

Funny... i was actually thinking about using the AA in the DS3 myself for a bit. Give my shoulders a little break. |

The aim assist is nowhere near what people like to pretend it is these days, it definitely was a little much when first implemented but its been scaled back and scaled back so much that it only works when you are right in someones face and at that point why even keep it on? |

And KB/M is heavenly with sniper rifles |

Not offence.. but anyone can point the crosshair in the right direction, the tricky bit is tracking the target, and the AA still is pretty good at that. I actually use both all the time... the DS3 when i feel like lazying around. |

Yes, Im sure you only need to look at someone and the AA does all the work for you The absolute most it does is create a sticky spot on a person which is really more harm than good unless you are tracking a single person out in the open with them moving in a nice smooth pattern and doing something like moving back and forth a bit does not kill the aim assist since it will stay in a slow sticky mode ironically doing more harm to your aim since you wont track as quickly as you would without it Hell thats why I turned it off, especially since there are a lot of keyboard users without the same movement dead zones as those using a controller so that little back and forth shuffle is even faster and throws it off AA even more
Controller with AA turned off or a mouse to aim is definitely the way to go |

I honestly believe that Dust 514 loses more players to Lovefilm than any other game... |

Never used it. We keep Netflix and don't really use that. My wife is into Roller Derby, my daughter is into Cupquake and my son and I do video games. TV is just for noise most of the time. |
