Let us queue the skill we wish to learn next, then any sp gained active or passive are then automatically put into that skill? So we don't have that horrible tempatation of "oh got alot of SP here...that weapon looks interesting..." |

Though I was thinking let us put any amount of SP into a skill so you get over time. |

Yes please - give us a queue, and if there is nothing in the queue give us the SP as "unallocated". As a matter of fact, they need to add this in Eve as well.

I think this is great too - if you don't hit the cap, then your cap the next week increases by the amount you missed by.
Week one: 20,000 short of cap
Week two: normal cap +20,000, but still short 30,000 from the modified cap
Week three: normal cap +30,000, hits cap
Week four: normal cap
EDIT: +1 uber million to Arkena as well |

Exactly.
Some time ago - January - it was actually stated by a dev that the system we currently have is just a 'placeholder' for when rollover SP can be introduced. |
