I've heard that the Caldari Logi at Prototype level isn't worth the SP anymore. However it still has a better balance of high and low slots than the other Proto suits do. So is spending 1,200,000 something SP on the Cal. Logi worth it? |

Its not worth the sp to scrubs but its a decent logi fit, if you want assault logi pick amarr. |

Yes, it's still a great suit. All that QQ comes from butthurt...
If you have the ADV, it's a shame to stop half-way. However, if you haven't skilled into Caldari Logi yet, you might consider another suit. That's your choice.
If you go for the CK.0, just prepare yourself to upgrade Dropsuit Electronics to Level 5. That's my personal input about it. |

I run Caldari logi. I have since it was so called god mode. I wish i knew about this kill button though, sounds like someone was butt hurt about getting killed too much by logi suits. But really...
Shields seem to have been nerfed for everyone almost to a pointless level. Now I am forced into damage mods and armor for any survivability in a suit that doesn't offer any bonus there except for armor rep. Nerfed CPU and PG mean that two of my low slots always need upgrades in them so there goes speed mods and shield regulators. Being a logi I do need to bring equipment so what is left for shields rechargers or damage mods? Hardly anything. CPU up to five and PG at four just isn't enough. I traded my sidearm for equipment being logi and now it is tough to bring a proto weapon? I end up with a precision enhancer on because it uses little pg and CPU.
So what is with the Gallente logi or assaults that don't die even though their armor is down to nil and I keep shooting them full on? Well, I am sure they will be the next to be nerfed. Have fun while it lasts and curse the day you spent all your sp on it.
I am glad they changed the aim assist to make it less robust.
In the end I will figure out how to make this suit viable again. So far it is abandoning shields for armor and just walking really slow with a big gun. Like a heavy with little HP. Ill rep you good! |

The caldari logi has far less cpu & pg than any other logi suit despite its module slots, and it gets 1 equipment slot less than the Mk.0 or Gk.0. In other words the caldari logi is simply outclassed by other logi suits. Shield tanking with it has been nerfed badly and simply shield tanking is now inferior to armor tanking.
The only way to use the Ck.0 better than other suits is to have very good core upgrades(lvl5 pg & cpu) and hybrid tank, using the slot count to your advantage by equipping a full rack of armor plates while using the remaining highs to equip as much shield as your pg/cpu permits. |
