Okay... so sense uprising 1.5 update whenever i cycle through either my skills menu, dropsuit menu, or the market place menu, the screen will randomly just freeze up. Of course it doesn't Freeze up entirely because while it was froozen i press O and X on my controller to try to get out of what ever gibberish just happened, and low and behold i hear peeping and squeeking as if nothing was wrong.
In short, screen took a dump down the toilet and i spent 27m isk on LAVS i will never use, i have 649 Vehicles i will Never hope to ever use up in my life time, sucks but thats my toll for randomly poking the ps3 controller.
the only boon i can think that makes this worth keeping is the lovely work out i got after beating the biscuit out of my punching bag for a straight two hours, like seriously i'm shot. |

Well, I have had this happen to me, along with others I know, this also happens in the leader boards screen when you look at someones info, or a corps. |

Just got the PS3 and wanted to try this game out, having the same issue every time I try to fit a drop suit or look at skills. Makes it impossible to play for someone trying to learn the system when you have to completely log off the game every few minutes. Very disappointing! |

i'm afraid to spend any of my sp in fear it'll freeze and do something unwanted.
you should still collect passive sp, and use one of the starter fits, like the medic until they fix this.
plus you should make a decent stretch of ISK if you just battle don't worry about sp or dropsuits. |

Welcome to the game... and forums? Also, thanks for the link back to the previous thread with similar errors. Seems there are several little threads floating around with the same problem. Getting everyone together on one multi-page thread may get more attention from a dev is my guess.
I haven't tested, but read somewhere that quickly flicking through the menu screens like ^ (show info) to O (cancel) or the R1/2 may trigger the lockup. See if spending a few seconds on each screen before moving on helps? It may be BS, or for another similar error, but who knows. It's worth a look the next time you log.
Off topic, plan your skills! Use the militia fits to experiment with various militia weaponry before investing into anything as it takes time to build your skill points. It's frustrating to drop all your SP into heavy suits only to find out you'd have more fun playing a shotgun scout :) I hope you can push through the bugs and the brutal forum smack to see this game evolve over time.
