And I think I just realized what it was last game. Massive amounts of spam. Not any one specific spam, but basically everything gets spammed. Join a domination match and it always starts like this:
Step 1: Run towards A, everyone and their mother spams drop uplinks until there are about 20 in one concentrated area.
Step 2: Everyone and their mother spams nanohives on top of the uplinks.
Step 3: Everyone and their mother spams active scanners, so much so that my screen permanently has the "You have been scanned" message.
Step 4: EXPLOSIVES!!!!!!!!! You get a forge gun! You get an MD! You get a flux nade! You get a locus nade! EVERYONE GETS A LOCUS NADE!!!!!
Step 5: Repeat step 4 until every uplink that was placed in step 1 has been destroyed, then repeat everything from step 1 in a different location.
Sorry if I feel like the game-play has been a little stale, but it gets annoying when you facetiously say that you can guess how a match will go, and then be right despite joking. |

That's the meta game atm itll be changed, but till then sit back and camp enemy links with a charged scrambler/ forge or shotty
Then people will see you doing it and follow your example
Then you snipe the spawn campers
then someone uses lave to get to you
You take up av to kill lavs then people use ars to kill av
Then av stops aving and picks up something new to do
Then people spam equipment and crap were here again
Moral of the story lead the cycle and you'll be fine |

Thanks for describing WHY I absolutely hate Domination. Its just also just a giant Zergfest where people just throw themselves into the meat grinder over and over again. |

Domination is just set up for spamming. You have to bring uplinks because there is nowhere else to spawn.(especially for heavies).
Spamming nades sort of makes tactical sense because everyone clusters together trying to get kills. (Ambush is sometimes like this). Why put yourself in harms way when you can throw a grenade and take out 3 mercs at once. I try to avoid the clusters because it's just a matter of time. (Grenade or orbital).
