Why im being killed in llav by swarms and avs? I wear heavy 1k hp and im dead by first av or swarm!!. Its soo stupid.... can drive if every explosion gonna kill me.... |

As far as I can gather its not the AV killing your 1k HP suit,..
The AV kills your vehicle and your clone dies due to its close proximity to the vehicles exploding reactor,
and I don't think any dropsuit currently ingame can survive that...
Just my theory...

Do you mean that AV kills your character while you are driving (which would be a bug) or it destroys your lav? |

There is a bug where all outside damage like AV, turrets (especially blaster) are doing all of their damage to the drivers of lavs. The dev response was working as intended. very annoying when I am trying my best to use the logi lav as intended (scans, repping vehcles, repping dropsuits) and I die in three shots from a blaster turret or one prox mine, but my lav is undamaged. |

No thats just the AI aiming at your driver, and it has perfect accuracy so... |

Yes! It does kill me and damage lav, or just kill me and my llav is untouched. Its hard to rep hav while single swarm in front of you take you down ;_;. Aimbot Large rail instalations do same.
P.S. I just take a look and... it looks like limbus is better to rep vehs. Look. It can fit what he want and have cpu/pg to eqiup shield trans. (While having passive hardeners,best repp and scanner) |

I would also assume the head is the visible bit of the body while in a vehicle thus hits always count as head shots. Just a theory as well. |

I'm a bit confused. Are you saying that when swarms hit the vehicle in an area where the driver is not located, that the driver also takes damage? Is it possible that they just got a lucky shot and the swarms hit the driver as it's point of impact... A direct hit will kill a person, the splash isn't much unless the driver was already close to dead, so that is either one lucky swarmer or a swarmer with serious skills that I bow down too. |

i dont thats the cause, swarms are meant to hit the back of the vehicle no matter what |

I get AV 'naded out of my LLAVs all the time, even in my heavy forge suit. Makes it difficult to keep the reps on; usually I just go screw around with a cheapo HMG suit to earn back my money -.- |

I used to get head shots with Rail Guns all the time. The efficiency said 195% and the Red vaporized. Now I just get the funny 'they blowed up' animation and no head shot klaxon. I really miss that.
And, OP, anyone running around in a LLAV is universally hated. No love for you, although we love your QQ.
Just so you know, it is easier to pop you out of a LLAV than it is to kill your LLAV at speed. Splash damage to the head is a great effect. |
