So why are those who dont played the game rewarded 100 black eagle suit and 100 quafe suit, while those who play or not.
DUST 514 Reactivation Event 10.9-10.23
Have you been inactive in DUST 514 since August 8? DUST 514 is offering a strong incentive to bring that immortal clone mercenary out of stasis and back into the action. Log into DUST 514 and compete in 5 matches or more October 9-23 to receive 100 Black Eagle Packaged Fits and 100 Quafe dropsuits for revisiting the game.
Note: Only DUST 514 accounts that have been inactive since August 8 are eligible.

They are trying the carrot technique to get people to log on. Reading between the lines this points to the fact internally they are not happy with the amount of people currently logging on. What this means for the future who knows? "DOOOOOOOOOM"? |

Yeah i get that impression, but not offering the one's who are still playing want help that strategy at all. Seem they do more to get you not to play, rather than things that would want you to play. |

Sucks? Yeah... But for the greater good of activity? sure.
We have had experience event's and item event's and all kinds of stuff the inactive's have missed out on. once again suck's on a personal level? yes...

Hm... In the words of the video game industry - "Deal with it."
As for myself? It still is not tempting enough to get me back and actually playing Dust514. I need hardcore convincing from CCP in every plausible way. Also they would have to do something severe to prove to me their commitment(s), and sincerity before I would ever conceive in taking them back, and playing their game(s). Oh well. |

First, does anyone have the link for this? I was reading it before but have now forgotten where to find it, and it is not in the announcements section.
Second, does the entire account have to be inactive or does an alt that has been inactive on the same account as my main count? |

Now, if only they would make the rewards applicable to those that stay away from the game AND forums for more than 60 days.
That way we could have less of the "I don't play anymore but log in to the forums to ***** and whine nonetheless" crowd.
Also, you're rewarded when you play by having more SP (from active SP), more ISK (match rewards), more salvage (match rewards) and other ingame events. |

really guy you call supporting the game and earning that sp a reward. O yeah you get sp for not playing also. |
