I have reached that point where all of my essential skills require at least 300,000 SP and my secondary still demand over 150,000 SP to achieve the next level.
At this point, unlocking order becomes paramount in importance, because I don't want to unlock a module without space to fit it and I don't want to spend a week and a half feeling like I have misspent SP.
In order to make my ideal proto Gal scout I still need:
1. Level 5 Armor Upgrades- at 4 2. Level 5 Shield Upgrades- at 4 3. Level 5 Shield Extenders- at 3 4. Level 5 Armor Plates- at 3 5. Level 3 Uplinks- at 2 6. Level 3 Dampeners- at 2 7. Level 5 CardRegs- at 1 8. Level 5 Core Upgrades- at 4 9. Level 5 Biotics- at 4 10. Level 5 Gal Scout Suits- at 3 11. Level 5 Dropsuit Electronics- at 3 12. Level 5 Dropsuit Engineering- at 2
This is a daunting list. I am trying to determine where to begin spending my SP as I accumulate. This is the order I came up with:
11 -> 3 -> 8 -> 5 -> 6 -> 2 -> 1 -> 4 -> 9 -> 7 -> 10 -> 12
Can anyone suggest a better order or point out any flaws in mine? Thanks bluebros.

Level 5 fitting skills are very much a luxury. Do you absolutely need those skills to fit your suit, and if so, can you tweak the fit so you don't need them? Level 5 armour plates also isn't really worth it. You shouldn't use complex armour plates pretty much ever, so that might not be worth it. You probably do need enhanced plates, though. Level 5 core upgrades is also of questionable value.
I notice that armour repairers doesn't appear in that list. Is it because you already have it, or because you're not planning to use them? If you're not planning on using them, I think you should reconsider - armour repairers, particularly the complex variant, are exceedingly useful, especially on a suit with no innate armour regen. |

11 and 12 need to be at 4 each... those are your first
Then decide if you are going to be armor or shield tanked.. and max out that
Suit is the last thing you really need
Find playstyle -> Build suit to fit playstyle
Always be aware of what you can and cannot fit on your suit. |

I've been flirting with the idea of investing in reppers, I only have one rank in them at the moment, just for my basic repper access. Maybe I will invest in those rather than armor plating. |
