Here are some notes on what I see as the average behavior of "blueberries":
- They will ALWAYS steal your vehicle if given the chance. No exceptions.
- They will happily spawn on your uplink although they never actually drop their own.
- If they see a forge gunner on a rooftop, instead of dropping a Nanohive to help them out they will throw grenades/shoot until his nanohives are destroyed. They will also try and stand in front of him to block shots.
- They will never cover you if hacking an objective, nor will they jump out of your vehicle to hack an objective.
- They will always give your position away if you're trying to sneak up on someone by preemptively shooting their Militia AR.
- They will stay in the redline with a Militia Sniper and spend 15 minutes trying to get that one kill.
- They never form squads or try and coordinate their efforts.
- They find it more amusing to screw with teammates than to try and win the game.
- If clone count is low, they make it an effort to die as much and as quickly as possible.
- They find nonsensical things like shooting a CRU with a Militia Swarm more pertinent than taking the objective.
There are many more but I feel like this game has taught me to by no means ever let a blueberry anywhere near you or he will just do everything in his power to screw up your day.
Feel free to add your own. |

You forgot if they are in a tank they will also spend half the match away from anything semi important and never help push an objective and if they are in a drop ship getting inside with one is just asking to get killed when they slam it into an installation |

This as with other combat video games are just lolmechanics. I can't take them seriously with all the stupid crap ppl do just to f*ck around. That's what you get when the game is just one big joke and most of the ppl playing it have no interest in military tactics or strategy games. Being a free game makes it even worse. |

No, seriously this is nothing new, and Fail514 is not the first game to have these problems. This has been a problem since the introduction of team oriented gameplay such as "Capture The Flag", or even "Team Deathmatch." Let me use games from this generation as an example. Ever play Warhawk? What about MAG? Great games with horrible teamates. Steal that weapon pack you were about to nab? Check. Take off with that vehicle? Check, check. Get infront of you, and cockblock you from a kill? Should have seen coming. Check. I have been putting up with douchebaggery since the first days of games like Quake, and Unreal Tournament on the PC. It only gets worse with each passing generation.
- Has a flashback of Warhawk zones?!?! -
"NOOOOOOOOOOOooooo! Go away! Get out of my game, MarkjayW!"
- MAG Domination flashback... -

hows about when somebody on your side shoots your dropship with a tank or turret, spinning you around until you crash....what the hell is that about...?
and some d/ck on my side ran me over in a LAV the other day while I was Sniping....and 1 sec later I was shot...I still think it was a team effort....somehow, someway, they did that sh/t.... |

the single biggest reason i havent leveled up my LAV. i call in 4 to 5 per match because i hop out and some dip$h!t takes it for a joyride, not even bothering to activate the scanner in it.
in random scrubs defense, i have noticed an improvement in their intelligence, and normally most people dont mind you taggin along, but stay outta the damn drivers seat. |

I agree with pretty much the whole list apart from the uplinks, maybe this is crazy talk but aren't we supposed to spawn on them? Are you saying we should never spawn on an uplink in case it turns out to be a personal one for one player?
I don't agree with you there, if I see an uplink in a good place I will always deploy there and not feel guilty about it, it's a team game and they should be for everyone. |

No. I'm fine with people spawning on my uplinks. My point was about people spawning on them but never actually taking the time to drop their own. The same concept applies to nanohives. |

If you run solo, you must understand this is what you're going to be facing. I run solo sometimes and much as I fuss about these things happening, truthfully it boils down to myself for not joining up with a squad.
Really there's no excuse now, we have a squad finder for those lone wolves out there. I know some might like to run alone.
But really, what Dust has taught me is that teamwork, coordination and synchronization conquers all.

One time in Amarr fw.... I called in a lav and blueberries got in it. I drove to B. Killed a few guys and took it. I ran back to my lav and the blue berries were saving my lav and gave me the driver seat. We drove around all game taking letters and never once did they steal my vehicle. They always patiently waited for me..
Later they msged me "GG" and when I asked why they didnt just steal my car they responded.... "we recognized you and realized that we would be much better off if we helped you than get in your way." |

when a corpmate of mine who was in for months left because, "i didn't tell him why i was off for so long" seemingly forgetting that people do IN FACT have lives outside of DUST, and i was up to my neck in projects due that i had already procrastinated on. he was kid though, so that's reasonable argument for a 9th grader.
so now basically my corp broke apart after all this and now i'm pretty much the only active member.
