Damn, you got some skills. All I did was upgrade my one eye with a panoramic lens, sort of helps with lowered field of view. Good thing my HUD gives me distances, helps with depth-perception. I'm gonna have to check out your "backwards, upside down" technique when I'm use my TAR. -Chimi out, o7

I guess we are viewing through them using a screen, the same probably goes for the Gallente. I am not sure about you minamatars though. I would assume that the covered area were you would have another eye is some sort of hud monocle. I am just not sure which one of you ham-fists thought an opaque eye cover (a la Project Land Warrior) was a better idea than actual transparent monocle, but you were the one who chose to skill into your native dropsuits so I guess you will just have to live with it. Just a hint, when a New Eden empire's capsuleers select "In Rust We Trust" as an officially unofficial motto then that might be a sign that you really don't want anything made by them to be used as barrier between any sort of weapon and your body... or even in anything that is vaguely life or mission critical.

The clear reason why you minmatari don't have the combat rifles yet is because you couldn't aim it if you had them. So CCP generously decided to give you all the mass driver to compensate for your inability to hit the side of a mcc. Once your engineers figure out a way to jury rig one of those built-in laptop computer webcams into your eye patches and integrate it into your viewfeed, CCP will release the combat rifle. Of course, by the time you manage to figure out how to do that, CCP might have finally gotten around to releasing the combat rifle by sheer coincidence, knowing how long it takes you minmatari to figure stuff out. If your people need some help, have them mail me. I have a couple of laptops, one is a broken netbook and on the other I don't use the camera, so I could probably pry one of them out and send them for your engineers to use in their prototypes. I won't even ask you to pay for shipping.
