So, I decided to try this out since I like playing with people. It's my thing, but I noticed a couple of things:
1) it refreshes every six seconds so it makes it annoying to use since you go back to the menu thing, and...
2) it should tell you if they are deployed or not because I keep joining squads that are playing already.
So, these are the solutions for this:
1) make the refresh manual via a button on the screen, and 2) let it tell you if they are deployed or not.
A nice addition would be that when you press info, it shows which players are on the squad. I could live without this, but maybe other people would like it.

I've read below some squads "deployed into battle" so I'm not sure about your point #2
Rather, I'd say WHERE they are deployed, so someone can manually try to reach them

I'm all in for manual refresh. It's very annoying when you scroll down, trying to pick which squad to join, and BAM, you're back on top because of auto refresh. |

I can't scroll down through the squad finder because each time it refreshes it resets the menu to its starting position, so I have to constantly restart scrolling.
I'm fine with the constant refreshing, but it shouldn't reset the menu, or effect my scrolling through the squad list. |

Keeping this as short as possible since I have said it so much today:
Known bug, can't be fixed properly until 1.6 next month, during downtime tomorrow the refresh time will change from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.

there like a bug... with squad finder... where you can't do anything once you open a menu, and you have to quit the game, and restart it.. i've only noticed it happen when i used squad finder.... anyone else? |
