If you have equal numbers for different factions, you will earn rewards for whichever faction you have the higher win rate for. Finally, if even that is tied, you will earn rewards based on which faction you completed the requirements for first.
According to the last paragraph, if I read it right, you can play Gallente and win 45% of the matches to get your Gallente rewards. If you then switch to Minmatar you could risk losing those rewards if you happen to get 46% wins for Minmatar.
My advice, grind Gallente and play only a few (i.e. less than 20) Minmatar to be safe. |

Whichever side you play for the most while meeting the requirements is what rewards you'll get. So if you go Gallente FW, meet the requirements, then switch to Minmatar FW and end up playing more matches by the end of the week and meet the requirement then you are out of luck. |
