I semirecently made a long post about how minmatar scout is the best for general, average player scouting use.
Just one problem....
after playing gallente on my main primarily... now playing minmatar on alt..
and I Just Can't Take It Any Moreee!!! I need to be able to see more than the tips of my feet, on my scout's, radar!!!
Im going to drop all my other goals, and get range amplification as the *very next thing*, and then run an ADV extender on practically every suit I run now :-/

Well the gallente is certainly besg for the sneaky sneakh!
You can reach 62.5 if you want on passives, but I would Say 40-50 would suffice! |

Adv percision, worked pretty damn good, I went 10-15 kills over deaths most of the night.
I'm gonna play with the gallente an all those mods soon, just gotta level up from 3-5 on electronics mods an get proto gko |

At this point in my puny alt's development, scanners take too much power.
I dont even have scout level 3 unlocked.
yeah, I do have a scanner fit, but on that one, I cant include all the modules I want plus AV grenade, PLUS a scanner.
Also... A scanner is anti-stealth
