It's a preemptive move. Perhaps they know that they can't change the present, or the past. But if they hit games in this age of social gaming experience, perhaps they can change the future, and get this message across to all the little kiddies shooting civilians in the face in these games because they have no understanding of the violation they're committing.

Ok guys/girls it is good thing that they are suggesting something like this,today kids is learning from games,movies,etc etc bcause adults now a days dont have chance to be Dr.huxtable (older dusters should remember him) and teach right moral/ethical guidelines.But mankind has evolved in intelligence and wisdom but still posses primal animal instincs,also violence is carved in human genome.Also when you have basic things in order(Money,place to live,food,water,etc etc) it is easy to blame/judge others,in modern day conflicts there is usualy many generation lasting hatred to opposite side.Also warcrimes is allways been part of mankind wars and will be until end of humans.History is written from winners point of wiew,exsample ***** and japanese did horrible things in ww2 but if you think that allied forces acting like boyscouts then you are wrong bigtime i give you 3 exsample 1.Dresden bombing allied bombed dresden to dust and killed huge ammount of civilians 2.Russian troops raped countles german womans in berlin 1945 3.Dropping the a-bomb in hiroshima and nagasaki.These are serious warcrimes but no-one been juged for these actions.

Nope i like football (arsenal is my favorate teams) and also ice hockey too,and hell no not everyone deserve trophy.But in any sports there is also penalty if you do something wrong,football you get card (yellow,red) and ice hockey you go penalty box.In those bigger crime you get bigger sentence

in video games, there shouldn't be anything like that, the gamer universe is not in real life, it has no boundaries as real life does and thus would be stupid if it had the same draw backs as rl does.

Yes i know that games and their stories and their universes aren`t real,but do underage kids know that games aren`t real.I know that there are good ammount kids playing exsample cod/gta series,bcause their parent`s have purchased bcause they want them.Couple friends of my have kids and they play games not rated 18:n games but kids games and those kids think characters and what happens in game are real live,and i know kids and teens take example`s from adults,movies,games etc etc and those examples affect how they see life and that affect how they behave in real live
