something I just thought about which might be kind of old is selling fittings and not just individual items
for example its one thing to buy a tank from someone but its another thing to buy a great fit tank with good modules and a proto turret (obviously would sell for more)
what are some of your ideas? |

why not just sell the parts separately?
Fitting requirements also hinder your sell fitting idea because those without the skills for the fitting cant use it and those with the required skills can easily make the fitting for themselves. |

Might work for DUST since people are probably less inclined to spend hours tweaking out a perfect fit, unlike in EVE. As for skill requirements, a warning saying "You do not have the skills required to use X, Y, Z" before purchase could be enough. |

This pulls similar ideas like EVEGÇÖs current contract system. If they ever release API keys, weGÇÖll be able to link our fittings to other people too, but I guess lazy people could buy them whole as a GÇ£bundleGÇ¥ rather than fitting them themselves. |

Just allow trading and I will be happy. We could at least open a trading post and charge for honest service. Some people like being shop owners and it would add another thing we could do that isn't in a standard FPS. If they were to implement player trading then they could take feedback and ideas and watch the traffic. Trading is the next step to the market, we have ISK trading and all we need is asset trading.
Corp theft and scams are only of the positives that could come from trading. To be honest I don't see any down sides. |

I did this in my early days of EVE. By cheap,sell high. supply and demand my friends :p |

It will take time but it can be done. We need to play the game like it is supposed to be played. Like a a marriage. Super fun in the beginning but slowly tapers to a routine. Have fun on the side or stay focused because it doesn't matter to me. Good times and bad times it will always be here. Rich or poor for better or worse till the servers go black. |

yep they are too busy concentrating on nerfs and buffs to create anything that brings the game closer to what they marketed |
