I Have been comin up with alot of ideas lately and I think we need a more tactical vehical, one that can move a sqaud of 7( ( including driver ) people from one piont to another. Ok this is it it will be similer to a dropship it will have six seats 1driver but it will be on the ground. The upgrade tree could be like this.
|- ds stuff (Vehical comand) -lav and hav |-assult troop crawler. (1) |-troop crawler/ tactical extraction vehical (tev) -logi troop crawler (2)
(1) the assult troop crawler has 4 turrents equiped ( 2 each side ) this allows maxium covering fire when transporting troops. +2% mounted small turrent damage per level. +1% vehical movement speed per level or it could be +5% mounted small turrent fire rate per level. ( the speed one would be for the logi)
(2) the logi troop crawler has increased speed and armor which makes for quicker troop drop offs and pick ups without worring about getting shot up. +3% movement speed per level +2% all module effectiveness per level
I could talk more about it but I think its all I need to say. Some pics are on comander and conquer generals zero hour.
This is not ment to be like a small truck it should have all units under the roof and turents on the assult will be on the sides in windows there will also be windows in all models but the assult is the only one with turrents. |

So... a tracked APC? This specific suggestion could be implemented by replacing the Large Turret of HAVs with an expanded hull with interior space, and placing a couple Small Turrets on it. The overall vehicle would be quite useful at breaching strong objective defenses and planting troops inside. Due to the bevy of Small Turrets, the best counter to this would be an HAV with a Large turret, as Forge Heavies would have a hard time should the gunners concentrate fire. I should also mention that the Logi version could have the built-in CRU like a Logi Dropship, which combined with the armor would strongly boost the ability of ground forces to sustain an attack. Logi Dropships would still be useful for blitz-style attacks where mobility is key.
In short: >APC created by modifying the HAV design. >counter to infantry-based defenses. >HAV is hard counter - this may be exactly what we need. >CRU on Logi variant would make it more useful than Dropships at supporting a drawn-out ground assault. Blitz attacks would still use the Dropships.
P.S.: the rock-paper-scissors strategy. Adding to the HAV counter bit, maybe we could use this to create a rock-paper-scissors cycle for ground combat. It would go something like this: >APC beats infantry (4 small turrets) >Infantry beats HAV (hand AV weapons) >HAV beats APC (Large Turret) This type of cycle would give a useful role to the under-used HAV, as well as open up possibilities for other vehicles to enter the cycle and complicate things. |

Also thanks for the help I hope they make it. ( and give me a free one to try out with friends probs wont though ) |

This will be a big MAV/ground DS. I shall wait and see what MAV comes out as but I think that MAV will fill this role (at least mostly). |

What are they If you go in the videos and watch one of them in the neocom, it will have a video basically showing you about the game. (like a promo video/commercial) in it you will see a bunch of spider mechs walking around |
