Legend345 is the best blaster tanker (best overall tanker post Uprising) with Covert Clay in 2nd place for blaster.
Ninjanomyx is a beast railer, as is imagio Deo. the peek a boo's if you will
Hotchkiss was amazing
Attorney General is a great tanker
Mavado is a beast railer, although he tears it up blasting pretty good.

Alldin pretty much destroys in any class he decides to play. Best all around player.
Example has destroyed as a heavy, scout shotty, and (as much as one can) a shield taker. #2 Best all around player
Djinn Hellsreaper destroyed as a sniper, heavy, and ar slayer. #3 Best all around player.

Special Mentions
Regular Trooper props for being the best Mass Driver user of all time, with Dia Farron in 2nd and Fiddle in 3rd.

There's many slayers out there who stayed with their corps....despite knowing they would never achieve their true potential as slayers with the incompetence or apathy around them. Kudos for having friends worth sticking around with. I respect that. People like Brutus Hawke for one. Orca Amsel for another.

If you feel peeps should be included please make your case as I am completely open to more players.

I'm making this list not for QQ or lolz or trolling but for legacy. CCP doesn't let give us meaningful stats to derive this, so this is my meager attempt at an updated repost of my thoughts.

Thankfully the original post has aged quite well and most of it was still applicable.

But really, I hope you find a sniper from the list. I'd like to see someone I fought before, like... actually, sadly, I've never fought any of those snipers in a pub. Frankly, I haven't seen much of any of them in Dust. Dust really is dead.

Not exactly. There's many many players here from a diversity of corps. You can thunderdome me for a spot or provide pics here of competitive matches (PC) that provide context to your claim of awesomeness! You must set up the T-Dome.

Actually, PC is usually a stomp for me. Best is only 17-6 (ask one of the guys with 843 at the beginning of their name ) and about 9 of those kills were from an OB. I wasn't really Logi-ing either so my WP were ****.

Also, setting up a T-Dome sounds like a lot of work because-

1. There already is one
2. I would just get stomped because you are TeamPlayers :(

He's talking back in Chrome. But that cannot be proven unless you have CB scores.

For the most part pretty solid list although xero, sir & funk are ranked way too highly & DD + revoltz should be top 10 w/ protoman at #1 :) For logi's : wombat in combat + take off hoser definitely deserve a mention. Players who only excelled when their weapon of choice was incredibly OP don't deserve a mention either imho. This list is also from an NA players perspective so a lot of the best EU players aren't on this list. Edrot for one.

Why you demote Grimmeres? He's one of the best players I've played with/ against.

Got CB pics? The only evidence I had of Grimmiers in PC of CB was the imp vs STB and the few matches he performed poorly (bottom the the leaderboards) when O.H. faced TP.

I think he's amazing at the pubs but I want more data or peeps posting like you.

awww..see see I think Xero is actually underrated by the community. I would submit his contributions rival among the best, hence his place, now Grimmiers is 2 highly ranked now that I peer at it, but Xero? naw. I disagree. He was integral.

Funk is actually one of the most talented players around, and I challenge you to beat him in t-dome to confirm your assumption.
Sir Knight should be ranked lower for being OP with the lazer. I'll change it cause I agree with the logic. Never heard or seen edrot, but I beat Deranged plenty of times in PC, and he's a bit overrated in my opinion of your estimation.
I tried to add in the best of the EU I could remember. Olssam, the tankers, stellios, you, big papa will be put on their, and I debated from gloo gloo to immnuto to many others.

Revoltz is really talented no doubt but I think Jay would put Hiro above himself, him and K-con were equals in my book.

For those that excelled only with a broken weapon who on the list would you remove based on that besides Sir Knight?

I agree xero's a great shotty & consistent in PC unlike 90% of the list... but 11th best slayer? Nsm. We'd be here all night... a lot of the best players used the LR in chromo. Armour tanks huge advantage over shield also needs to be taken into account. Ninjanomyx & maple used shield all of chromo & were still game changers.
