Currently, there is a single sensitivity setting, for options. However, there are essentially two modes of stick use: Full over, and slightly over.
I would like two suggest two knobs. For the 3d artists, the equivalent of allowing two control points on a bezier curve for sensitivity settings.
That is to say: when I'm moving my right stick a little... I want my cursor to move A LITTLE. However, when I have it hard over, I want to TURN FAST!
it's a lose-lose situation, to have to choose between really good turn speed, or fine-grained aiming when strafing.

I agree that there should be more sensitivity options, although I am not sure I understand your proposal.
I use controllers and actually much prefer them over a mouse and keyboard. In addition, I am also a player who prefers very low sensitivity. I have not played on the highest sensitivity setting with the DS3, but I feel that the lowest sensitivity doesn't feel low enough; I'm having most difficulty at longer ranges.
I'd like to see either the sensitivity range be extended or, like what I think you are referring to in your proposal, I'd like to be able to fine tune normal-vision sensitivity and ADS sensitivity separately. |

Well, I think the slow response for ADS is a deliberate penalty to offset the acuracy.
My point is that if you set "0 sensitivity",you get lots of fine control when you want little movements... but when you push your stick all the way over to right or left..it then limits you to a slower turning rate, than if you have high sensitivity set, I believe.
I want to be able to have fine control for little movements, but ALSO be able to do fast-spin turns with a controller.
mouse people have this option. I want this too. Otherwise, its an unfair advantage

Ah, I see your point now. I honestly don't mind the slow turning speeds, but it would be a nice option to have for those who do want it.
I'd like to better be able to control my movements when in ADS; whenever I'm in ADS, I feel like whenever try to make a small tweek to my aiming, my reticule jumps too far. I'd like to increase the precision and accuracy in ADS when using the DS3 by having a lower sensitivity and slowing down the speed of my aim.
