What if you can take control over a custom office through dust fighting? There are plans for a in-ship map so it could be something similar, where you win the control over the custom office.
Corp can get isk from the owned custom offices, so you can have some power in space without having to fight impossible PC matches. To conquer a custom office is just like trying to conquer a district, but produces ISK instead of clones-to-isk.
This would become interesting, a feature in eve that is completely controlled by dust (making the link quite important)...giving power not only to capsuleers but to merc aswell.
These should be conquerable only by corp that DONT already own a district to give them some fresh-air in the game. Corp who own a district are usually protostumpers, and should take care of their district and custom offices over the planets where they have the districts.
Why? I would like to see more opportunities for non PC corporations to get involved (seriously, the only way to win a PC battle with a new corp is to ally with stronger people or pay them to play for you. Makes sense but is no fun, making PC completely useless feature for most small corp out there). Also, everbody wants to have a bit of power over something, even as small as it can be.. |

Let CCP finish their deployment of Rubicon first, players on Eve side will be getting the ability to place POCOs in High Sec on November 19th so expect some new rules and stuff for your Eve toon if you have one. It doesn't seem that farfetched for a Dust corp to have Eve players in it willing to set up a POCO for their corp, does it? |
