Mine currently is my 'Beast Heavy'
Proto 'Standard' Heavy
1 x Freedom assault HMG,
1x Toxin ICD-9 Submachine gun,
M1 Locus Grenades,
2x complex heavy damage mods,
2x complex armor plates,
1x Complex armor repper
Total - 188k ISK
(it was around 189 ISK with an advanced Submachine gun, and a basic repper, so I swapped out the SMG and upgraded the repper to complex for better survivabilty)
What is your's?
- please don't include officer/AUR weapons/equipment/modules.

Most expensive is a proto gal logi with full proto equipment and a proto assault MD its about 257k I think. |

Base damage 370,19
+ 1 damage mod 407,20
+ 2 damage mods 442,59
+ 3 damage mods 467,85
+ 4 damage mods 481,09
+ 5 damage mods 486,19
Between 3 and 4 damage mods you gain 13,24 more damage and between 4 and 5 you gain 5,1 damage (so after 3 you gain 18,34 more damage). I would argue thatGÇÖs not worth the price you pay for the mods or the fitting cost.
To OP, I think my most expensive suit is something in the region of 155k ISK. Nothing drastic. |

4 is the magic number.
The 4th dmg mod might actually make the difference between life and death (speaking of the enemy, of course) with a sniper rifle.
If you have the lux of a 5th slot... Shield extender.

Most expensive that I actually use from time to time:

Comes out at about 35-36k I have spawned in a proto suit 2 times since I started playing in January so I wont list whats on it.

X2 basic damage mods (or shield extenders, depends on my mood)
With 50m isk, I don't really worry about losing isk per match, but running with a decent squad I normally die 3-4 times so I usually break even or lose 20k. |

5 damage mods aren't worth it. For the 4th and 5th dmg mods you get a less then 6% of a bonus.

The 5th mod gives...4-6 damage absolute max for snipers.
I suggest you compare 4 against 5... |
