I think CCP needs to make AR's and other plasma weapons do damage to sheilds more than armor, and then rail guns do damage VS armor more.
But i have good reasoning, the Gallente Federation, and Caldari State have been at war for years, it doesn't make sense that the Gallente weapons would hurt armor since Gallente is armor and Caldari is shield, and makes no sense for caldari to damage shield since they are shield.
This way Gallente weaponry would be more effective against Caldari Tech, and Caldari weapons more effective against Gallente tech.
Is this reasonable?
What do you guys think? |

I would have expected plasma weapons to do more damage to shield than armour because their more energy-y and rail weapons to do more damage to armour because they are more projectile-y.

Its already like that.
Plasma does 110% to shields, and 90% on armor
Railgun does 90% to shields, and 110% on armor |
