CCP,
As vets gain more skills and therefore purchase more weapons, equipment and modules, and generally learn more roles and discover more ways to play the game, we simply require more custom fitting slots in order to fully experience and enjoy the development of our characters. Please raise the current limit of 30 slots to 50 or more. I assume, perhaps wrongly, that this is a fairly easy request to grant, so I hope you'll give it serious consideration. Vets like me would absolutely love it.
Thanks, SMB |

Yep, agreed. I do like my fittings.
Also some organisation like folders, but that's an acknowledged request. |

Oh god yes, folders would be so helpful. I want more slots too but I always have this fear that I'll just keep making pointless fittings I never need forever to fill all my slots, no matter how many I have! |

This is what? The 3rd thread about this topic? Getting old.....and yet it's still valid lol. More fits + folders = more tactics. +1
`Sigh. Just another fun game of DUST. |

I like how you started off like a **** in your response but then you came around and finished your message like a boss. =) |

The one thing stopping me from using all of my fitting slots is the lack of organizing capabilities.
But regardless, a good idea is a good idea, no matter how old it is. CCP would do well to implement it. |

I have gone through and wiped out nearly all of my fittings before, and I'm already nearly ready to do so again.
Organization would be nicer than more, IMO. |

Organisation would be great. I still want more though.
And surely adding more is a trivial change for the devs? Assuming there aren't any technical limitations anyway. |

I would certainly use up to 100 custom fittings or more, as I generally build at least two variants of each suit; a cheap one and an expensive one. Currently, all 30 of my slots are full, and none are wasted space. I use every build; any job has the proper tool.
For those having difficulty organizing their builds, I have found this convention to be helpful until CCP implements some other method:
I begin my dropsuit name with a plus (+) or minus (-) depending on frequency of use; plus for more frequent and minus for infrequent, since plus is before minus in alphabetical ordering. This helps to quickly select the suit I want during the battle deployment screen. Then I have a star rating for my dropsuits denoted as a number followed by an asterisk (1*, 2*, 3* etc). Consequentially, this generally results in more expensive suits having a higher star rating. This is completely subjective. You can base it on how the suit matches your style of play, the cost of the suit, whether or not the suit has loyalty store items assigned to it, whatever. My star rating indicates the relative quality of the modules assigned to a build.
Here's an example of how it looks:
+1*Brute +1*Engineer +1*Grunt +1*Medic +1*Smooth Operator +1*Widow Maker +3*Smooth Operator 'Bourne' -1*Anti-Armor -1*Blitz -2*Engineer -2*Shadow Walker -2*Smooth Operator '007' -3*Widow Maker -4*Blitz -8*Tank -9*'Black Eagle' Scout G/1-Series
