The answer is simple kids...... explosives.

Mass drivers, nades, flaylocks, RE's, Forge guns, plasma cannons, you name it! and so long as its explosive it has good potential to counter pub stomps. You see, when up against a pub stomp (presumably solo) the odds of your team winning is nearly zero. The best you as a player can hope for is fighting a war of attrition. COST THEM MONEY. Use every cheap tactic you can. RE's are a great way to **** someone off. Forge guns? Priceless. Anything you can do to even the odds is worth it, and so long as they leave the match pissed you can consider that a win, because more likely then not, when 1 or 2 people in a full squad get angry and rage quit, the rest of the squad usually follows them.

Or earn you own solo orbital and put that over them, I actuly manage that at times ahhhhh the bliz to c 5-6 proto stompers go down buy one blow from a solo guy.
