You get 25 points for simply tapping someone, so I don't see how 15 points for when only a squadmate gets a kill is a big deal. |

because i can simply get the 300m scanner - how can you not see what this will do, i have to see and shoot someone- and hope they are killed to get 25/50wp or i can just scan |

And hope that one of your squadmates kills him. I think you are highly overestimating how often this will happen. No way to be sure until it hits and we can see with our own eyes, but I don't believe sitting in a corner and scanning all day long will net you any major amount of warpoints in the long run. |

It's not your team though, it is squad only.
You can honestly abuse WP a lot easier by doing something else with minimal risk. |

oh well this is okay then, just unlucky for other people since its my squad doing all the killing lol - will probably still be crying for a nerf with the proto squads carrying scanners |

Seems like a healer logi could run a scanner, while focusing on healing, and still get some decent WP. Sounds like a way for support players to finally get some love. |

There isn't a 300m scanner......
The best you can get is the Prototype Flux Active Scanner which has a 200m range. |

Yes and no. The one you're thinking of is the basic Flux Scanner which scans 150 meters at a 30-¦ radius. The prototype I was referring to; has a cone of 90-¦. |
