But they'd rather alienate and exploit their fans while driving away employees responsible for intellectual properties that made them what they are. On a side note, Mighty No. 9, is ~$800k away from their next gen release stretch goal with less than 5 days left. |

If Capcom dies then it will be the equivalent of when the banking industry almost collapsed causing the American economy to almost fall flat on its face. The video game industry will probably go into domino effect mode and implode upon itself. |

Despite all their success in the past, Capcom is still a 3rd party publisher/developer. If they go belly up, we could see them trying to sell their IPs or a major buyout. Upper management and arrogance is the culprit for their current turmoil. I bet since all the outsourcing, their liscencing board meetings involve guns, mahjong and a lot of tension Passive aggressive dialogue and everything.

Yeah.. I see CCP hurting if dust 514 falls into abyss. They got eve.
Capcom has produced brink after brick after brick. And tho I did actually like LP3. (love the whole LP universe) They have made mistakes back to back to back.
Game per game tho, LP3 was way more satisfying than dust514. I would still be playing it if not for GTA5.
