Yeah i agree OP it's pissing me off how good i am at this game.

Other problems i have:
400mil + ISK in my wallet and nothing to spend it on.
My 21 million SP has not been enough to get me into a second protosuit Amarr logi.

Fix these problems CCP, It's fuking difficult to be me, these poor noobs have no idea the daily struggles i face.

the rewards for playing the game are boring, tedious and uninspiring, chromosome had it right imo, we would get decent payouts, decent rewards, and I even bothered to look at the loot because sometimes I'd get officer weapons in a quantity I could have some fun with.

In my case it was the drop of SP rewards. Nothing demotivates me faster than having a bad game and a crappy SP payout. At least during the old Bonus SP weeks it felt like the skill development was getting somewhere.

Right now its just a competitive PvP rat-race grind. The only positive thing now is if there are interesting people on coms to BS with.

Do more than just killing.

I Start a match:

Put Uplinks (4)
Put up Prox mines
Take CRU's
TAke 1 or 2 objectives
THEN i kill soething if my scout suit does not gets evaporated.
Spawn as logi Amarr, REVIVE...
Drop Nanos
Die again
Amarr Assault and start killing like crazy.

I avarage 300k - 450k per match.
ISK payout is fine.If you do more, you get more.

I make enough isk, but the loot is fecked up, on this toon that has next to no sp spent in weapons has about 20+ of each officer weapon, yet my main that is skilled into just about every weapon has far less and still no thales! what so ever

Yep, I much prefer the old salvage system. All they had to do is reduce vehicle salvage rather than change everything.

how are you on your second? I am at 22+ Million SP and I am working on my third proto suit and forth proto weapon and I have all my base stats at 5 except hacking. Not trying to brag just getting on mine is bigger thread. To the new guys when you hit 5 Million is when you start to feel like you you are getting somewhere when you finally hit 20 million you feel like there is not enough SP and its taking way to long to get that one freakin level I have been working on for the last 2-3 weeks

I'm at 17 mil so and I have two proto suits and almost a third with loads of decent mods, equipment and 2 proto weapon choices with most also being at advanced.

So how so for you?

Looks like the point went straight past your head without your even noticing.

He's not complaining about the lack of officer drops, not really.

He's complaining about the absence of a good reason to play.

A friend of mine suggested that playing Diablo III is essentially grinding gear to grind more gear faster.

DUST is like that at the moment.

People should earn things ,

Or just give a Titan 8 turrets that fire dommsdays at the rate or auto canons with no penalty , just so people can take regions faster

I did mention investing into industry, I'd love to work towards something, or build something, hell even getting the components in salvage to build bigger suits, and equipment would be fine by me.

we don't have any of that though, right now all we can do is store isk, and look at the number get bigger. It's like winning the lottery and being told you aren't allowed to spend the money on anything. can you say you really won anything? what's the point of having isk with no outlet to use it.

ya I know a heavy in my corp that has over 100 thales but near to no gastun mins, while I have close to 80 gastum mins and near to no thales.

if only their was a market, or the means to trade -.-

see that right there makes me think these "random drops" aren't so random....

been a sniper since I started in May and have had only 3 Thale's....and I got like 30 Gastun's HMG......and i'm saving SP for a Minmatar Heavy that I ain't gonna get before I quit this game....
