I'm highly disinclined to believe that, but I guess you have a point, this build is big on brick built characters. |

I am a dedicated sniper. I run a charge sniper with 3 complex damage mods and proficiency 5. I can tell you it at least protects him from someone like me. And not because he can tank two shots, but more so that when I see someone like that, unless they are running across a field, I just move on to the next target rather than waste time and effort shooting his fat stack of bricks. |
