Interesting. Could their be more than one system for each race/ethnicity combo? I thought there where 12 Locals, but maybe there are 24 or 36?

I'm brutor and I'm in Kleivik (I think thats how you spell it) so I'm going to say yes there are multiple spawn systems.
Edit: its in the metropolis region |

Now if they could just explain how my Amarr alt ended up in a quafe factory (gallente room) and how my Gallente ended up in a Caldari room, but both managed to stay in their race's respective territories..... |

There are stations of all racial types scattered throughout the four empires. Either they didn't care or didn't pay attention so that you were matched to your racial selection. |

I believe your home system actually is related to your NPC corp, not your bloodline. For instance, I am True Amarrian and I'm located at Mimen VIII. Everyone in my local came from the Kameira Lodge NPC corp, and not all of us are True Amarr (if I recall correctly). |
