Not getting my copy of Verdict Day for a few days yet, but I can give you the ACV runabout. Also, fair warning, it is a Real Robot mecha game. These are not for everyone.

Conquest sucks like a wind tunnel, but the game is solid.

That's ACV in a nutshell. Verdict Day will probably be the same. Took me forever to realize I was just forcing the wrong play-style on the wrong suits. Minigun/Physical Blade Light Suit saved the game for me, as did using Tetrapods instead of Treads for my Sniper Cannon. Also, anyone ever figure out when to use a Rail Cannon? I could never find a place for them where Sniper Cannons didn't beat them hands-down.

A shame really because it had some cool features and the customisatiin options were excellent.

Not sure what you are asking exactly, but there is plenty of customization and role-taking in ACV, and this is ACV-2...

The issue with ACV's online PvP was that it required both teams to queue independently, and that it never even tried to explain the system ingame. Everything else about the game was equally badly explained, but far, far better. The biggest issue was the severe server splitting tho, there was a server for America, one for Japan, one for China, one for Australia, one for every major area, and NONE could interact with the others. I can only hope that they attended to that in ACVerdict as these bigger fights intrigue me.

I have beaten every single armored core except 4 and v. I literaly have done close to 7-8000 missions. I know just about everything when it comes to ac. Ac was japanese anime futurististic high speed mech combat sim with incredible style, mobility and customization. You think thats what versict day is? go play last raven, go play silent line, then play v and acvd and you get back to me. No one tells me ** about armored core.

The one thing that made AC4 better then any other, besides the awesome war story it tells, can be summed up like so. M+¦bius One, Engage!
