was having problems with week 1 rewards from the kaimera ob.. i sent in a ticket and no lie LESS THEN THREE HOURS later, they hooked me up. THAT is customer service, so again thanks. |

Yes, the customer service really is timely and great. I was helped recently with my week 2 rewards. |

I'm still waiting for my reply. I understand it was a lot but two weeks is a little much. In a matter of fact I think they closed my ticket or whatever before I got a reply. |

While I may gripe about other things on these forums, I have been nothing but amazed by CCP's customer service. Very quick to reply and I've never gotten a generic response from them (unless it was sent en masse).
Hell, my brother accidentally let his Eve sub lapse, and a week into his next month he asked for a refund (wasn't digging it), and received it (if I remember correctly) the next day. |
