5% DMG nerf. That is it, if anything.
First off, they require a heavy suit, aim, charge up time, and a logi to help them.
However, when the caldari heavy comes out and we have ishukone forges with 5 damage mods, I'll probably start a forge gun nerf crusade, but until then, they're fine....not like OP lolswarms and nuclear baseballs. |

meh, flux grenades have already pre nerfed Caldari heavies. |

Only an armor tanker should say that Swarms are OP and Forge Gun is not.
Or a Forge Gunner.
I could say the opposite just because I drive shield tanks. So I disagree with you. |

This thread points out the problem with Assault forge gun, and some mathy stuff about why it needs a nerf.

Also I'd say FG would be fine if they set it back like a previous build where the bullet had a slight inaccuracy that grew over distance to dis-allow infantry sniping. Either that or a nerf to spash range as it does not need this for anti-vehicle.
Buff the DS health so it's not as insta-pop/nerf logi LAV ehp and we'd all be fine I think. |

A damage fall off over the distance would be another possible solution. |

Actually FGunners I see usually are up high on buildings or right next to the supply depot. 2 shots at my dropship and switch back to militia fit. It's great. |
