If so I say no like I would tell a puppy who missed the news paper to pee :-)

If so I say no like I would tell a puppy who missed the news paper to pee :-) well since the vehicle balance/update has been delayed i think it should be around October when its released so depending on how much they change a respec may be warranted "Module offerings will be streamlined to just the most necessary archetypes. Once weGÇÖve established a solid foundation weGÇÖll start to introduce types and build back out. Similarly, vehicle roles will be reduced and then re-implemented properly once the base interactions are working well. Skill bonuses will be adjusted." this paragraph suggests that when these updates hit some modules will be removed and some vehicle roles will be taken out and re-implemented later so those who have skilled into them will certainly need a skill refund at the very least however im not sure if they will be adding anything in the near future that will warrant a full re-allocation of skill points i believe that CCP has said somewhere that the quota for a full respec was something that drastically altered the skill tree for instance removing skills that where prerequisites for other skills or making LAV operation a prerequisite for HAV operation like in the transition from Chromosome to Uprising things like these are what warranted the initial respec the second respec was called for by tankers/vehicle pilots feeling cheated by skilling into vehicle PG upgrades for the +5% PG per level but it didn't do that anymore so CCP warranted an optional respec to appease those who felt cheated as for a future Skill point Re-Allocation we'll see...
