Hey! First off I am a little confused as to whether this should be in the recruiter forums or here. As I'm not recruiting, but asking a "General" question about the mechanics behind it, I though id put it here and get more attention.
So!! How do you do it? It seems from inside my little box there is a very small amount of ways I can get much attention for my new corporation.
So far I have. - Posted in the recruitment section of the forums. - Advertised in Local - Created another EvE alt to more accurately oversee applications and advertisements.
What I could do... But don't really want to. - Spam Old corps squad finder chat. - Harass people I see in starter corps.
It seems its very hard or a starter corp to get going in this early iteration of Dust. But if anyone can provide some other routes of growing I, can post them back here for other corporations starting out like me to use. |

We have created a recruitment thread to the recruitment thread and try to promote our cause every once in a while. Other than that we don't really do anything else. Personally, I loathe people spamming corp ads in local so I avoid doing that myself. And other than that, while in squads I sometimes invite people looking for corps into our website.
Also I've made sure to have my corporation clearly visible on all my writings I do outside these forums, to hopefully give us more publicity. |

An easier path might be to join a respected corp and make a good name for yourself.
Then, once you leave, you'll have lots of witnesses willing to put in a good word for you. Without that I don't know why anyone would go for just another random corp.
One guy applied to mine before -- by mistake I assume. I'm not looking for people I'm just accumulating savings via corporate taxes.

Log into your Eve account - "you've got mail" (I say reminded of Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan...) |
