Going with how Amarr suis are designed, I think it might wind up having the highest base HP, CPU/PG, but the lowest slot layout of all the scouts. Not sure what the racial bonus would be though. Maybe a movement penalty reduction for plates? |

That sounds more like a bonus the Gallente Scout should have, what with Gallente's approach to armor. Amarr would probably get a bonus to Scrambler Pistols, or Laser type weapons in general. |

Ammar seem to have the lowest number of equipment slots as well, if the Logistics suit is the standard. Their bonuses seem to be geared towards increasing DPM. Think about it.
Logi gets a sidearm, allowing it to swap to a backup gun as opposed to reloading. It's bonus allows it to use both bars as regenerative so it can minimize downtime.
Assault gets to fire its laser weapons longer. With the Scramblers this just means more shots in general, but the Laser Rifle also gets to fire at full blast for far longer than other suits.
Heavy gets a decrease to self damage. Odd, but maybe the Amarr Heavy Weapon causes constant self damage, or can be fired even into overheat. This would allow the Amarr Heavy to fire his weapon for more sustained periods than any other Hoovs.
Commando gets reload bonuses, which means that he can hold two completely separate guns as opposed to a weapon and a weapon to fire when the first is emptied. This allows it to sustain fire with the most effective weapon possible.
All Amarr seems to care about is killing you dead as soon as it can. Sounds more like a Gallentean thing, but that's how it is. |

How effective is the scout: In certain situations they do well endurance tanking to get to outside objectives, especially in PC, they also do well avoiding scanners up until said scanners get to proto level where sacrifices must be made to the scout's fit to avoid them.
Does it really matter: no, at this point anything we can do can be done by a medium frame we are nothing more then novelty items at this point meant to add a small bit of diversity to the game as the 'assault' class reins supreme to the point that a scout or heavy running an assault weapon is more valuable then running weapons built for the class.
If I may I suggest changing the title and OP so no one else makes the mistake I did. |

The amarr scout will leave a trail of fire when it runs burning all. They can shoot lasers from their eyes, and bullets just bounce off of them because the god protect them, oh they can hold 2 light weapons at once. Their grenades are homing while their gun set all a blaze. |

I'd be great if stealth actually did become a thing. This is all just speculation anyway, but since the Amarr logi is an assault hybrid, I was thinking that the scout would be the same way. |

In any case, the amarr scout will have the highest combined base hp, plus amarr suits sport the highest base stamina stats, something that is very sought after for null runners
I might consider speccing into scouts (other than to use my hot pink quafe suits of death) when the amarr scout comes out
If it has any sort of bonus to scrambler pistols i will be very happy but it would probably be an OP suit with any bonuses to pistols |

the only amarian suit (non heavy) that may be hybrid tank viable is the logi the assault suits are better fit dmg stack armor tank with laser weapons
what is the amarian scouts racial bonus? with the amarian logi they're is a armor repping efiacy + i think some bonus to shields
for the assault the bonuses have to do wth laser weapons |
