It was in deving, and it was to be able to accept your corp applicants, change your fits, and buy things on your vita.

The reason we don't have DUST 514 mobile apps, is because CCP is being extremely slow at updating their API to support it. With some neat tricks, you can do some DUST stuff with the API, but not enough to develop an app.
It'd also be nice if CCP realized that nobody wants a Vita app, but we'd all kill for an officially-supported Android app. |

First we have to wait until CCP opens up the API a little more. Until then, there won't be apps for Dust since every third-party developer is waiting on CCP for that. In the meantime, here are some links to third-party websites that have already started on what little information is available in the API.

Almost certainly. Sony seems to be willing to do anything to justify getting people to purchase a Vita. |
