If the number system is any indication, the new "named" build will probably be on March 2014. Assuming CCP doesn't skip numbers. It's likely they will skip numbers so it won't surprise me that they might release a new "named" build by the end of this year. |

The numbers just arbitrarily count upwards. Eve has a very similar numbering scheme, but they still release new named builds twice a year which resets the numbers. |
