JETSTORM1090 Against All Oddz 175	Posted - 2013.09.19 05:55:00 - [1] - Quote I was in game with some of my good stuff on, I was next to a supply depot when an orbital was called on my location, I switched to a free suit real quick just to not lose a suit, but somehow lived, militia AR was on the free suit, I decided to roll with it and just destroyed with the militia ar, I main the ASR currently, and use the shotty, smg, FG and HMG on the side. I used to main the AR in chromosome, when the respec came I didn't put nothing into AR's at all, I don't know about anyone else, but I miss the AR, but no matter how bad I wanna use it, I will not go back to it because I like using underused weapons. To you AR users, keep using if you would like, Im good with it. Im curious to how many people switched from the AR and miss using it?

The scrambler rifle is pretty damn good as well. It's just that we've had The PRs for the longest and they are hybrid weapons so it's dependable damage for both types. People just like to cry about whatever kills them. When other rifles are introduced (especially the rail rifle) I will look on the forums and enjoy the amount of QQ.

The reason i think this is probably because I know the optimal range of the weapons I use (shotty, hmg, laser, a/SCR) and I guess I know how to pick my fights.

I am not sure if those comments were pointed to me(I hope not because you would look dumb...) I do not consider the AR to be overpowered(my opinion), I simply do not use it because it IS the most common weapon of use.

Now, due to Shotties and HMGs getting the **** end of the hit detection stick, I have moved into ARs without much regret. I have at least Level 3 in every weapon now, so nerfs and buffs just mean it's time for the next FotM build.

Weapon mods affect the weapon itself. Doesnt matter what slot they were put in.

People would have migrated out of it otherwise, but that isn't happening. It is possible for a generalist weapon to be OP, and the AR is. Hail king AR. Go AR or go home. Hail AR 514.
