Well most tankers I talk to want to steamroll over everyone unless there is 3-4 dedicated AV units to take them out (Which I hope NEVER happens).

If gamepad was supposed to be gimped, then and its console players that are the problem, please explain to me why this was made on console, where the gamepad was supposed to be good? It's created a massive amount of players who have these weird little tactics for trying to win skirmishes as a squad. You have guys running around from point to point with no coordination between the other squads. People get extremely frustrated as they lose more dropsuits than they should because of the lack of effort/understanding from the rest of the team they randomly deploy with. So my biggest facepalm is that they've created a 16 man team based game but made it so that you have to spend millions of ISK to deploy as a team without any ability to practice as a team prior to spending a ton of hard earned ISK. Out of all the QQing that goes on in these forums I cannot fathom why this isn't screamed for above all else.

Mass drivers and lasers should never burn people down like an AR or SR. They are anti-infantry weaps yes, but are better suited for holding the enemy back than for front line 1v1 combat. ARs and SRs will melt your face 1v1 but are not as adept at holding an enemy squad in a position. (not to mention absolutely worthless against vehicles, as they should be) People that want this to be a straightforward arcade shooter with no emphasis on squad play, cooperation, and the utility of a well balanced squad as opposed to a 'God Mode 1-man squad'.
