The following is a cookie-cutter reply to everyone who filed a petiton for the FINAL respec back in May of 2013.

Posted at 17.05.2013 17:04 by GM Grave Hello,
This response is being sent to all users who have filed a support ticket in order to request a skill respec.
We would like to acknowledge receipt of your skill respect request and inform you that we have now flagged your account for a skill respec .
The skill respec will be applied to your characters in the coming days once we have completed and deployed changes to the skill tree. This one time respec will remove and refund all ISK and skill points that have been applied to date. Please ensure that due care is taken when spending skills and ISK as we will be unable to reverse ISK/SP spending in future.
If you wish to discuss issues that have not been addressed in this skill respec response, or believe you have received this message in error then please respond to this support ticket and we will attempt to address your issue.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note that if you are receiving this message you are currently in a queue for a skill respec. Eligible customers who may have been misfiled and would like to request an Aurum account reset should respond to this ticket clarifying their request.
Regards, Lead GM Grave CCP Customer Relations | EVE Online | DUST 514
No more respecs are coming. At least not the FULL respecs.
The only kind of SP refund you might get are partial ones such as when they remove skill books that you invested in or reduced the SP cost of the skill books. Practically, just like how they did it with their Eve Online skill tree. To this day, after ten years, Eve Online still undergoes constant rebalancing of the ships and skill books and so far NO FULL respecs were handed out since 2003 which was supposedly the last time a respec was ever handed out. |

/facepalm
Dude, the Neural Remap system IS NOT A RESPEC SYSTEM!!!
Seriously, how many times do I have to repeat myself here? The remap doesn't reallocate any of the SP you have in Eve. It only allows you to reallocate attribute points across any of the five attributes that the skill books have so that you can decide which skill books train FASTER and which ones train SLOWER.
Also, it's once a year, not every 6 months.
Cheers. |

Your talking about the Neural Remapping feature.. It does not change your skilsl it changes your attributes- intelligence, perception, charisma, willpower and memory. Which is funny, because that system is in place because the skill system is actually worth a damn and promotes variety. DUSTs SP system is a crippled baby in comparison, yet EVE fans insist it's the same between the two games Fan Goggles over 9000
If you think the Dust SP system is a crippled baby, then up until 2012 the Eve Online SP system was once a patient in a coma. |
