Are you not High enough bro? Pass it.
Anyways, I find that it really must be boring to be a Caldari. All you can do is SHIELD TANK. Here is a sum of all the mods:
Highs: Myrofibil (Blue Bottle) Shield Extenders Shield Rechargers Damage Mods Precision Enhancer
Lows: Armor Plates (but there are 3 kinds) Armor Reps Kinetic Cats. (Red Bottle) Cardiac Regs. (Green Bottle) Shield Regulators Profile Dampener Range Amplifier Code Breaker CPU Mod PG Mod
Seriously being a Gallente scout rocks for me because of the versatility. If I want, I can armor tank, speed tank, stealth tank, or use higher level weapons on lower level suit (CPU & PG mods)
Anyways what can we expect for the future of high slots? It must be boring to merely tank in this game. |

Caldari Shield Tank. They have all their low slots OPEN.
Amarr and Gallente Armor tank. They have all their high slots OPEN.
With the versatility being in the low slots this is a Caldari playground. |

Not if you are Gallente Scout. Your playground is where you don't tank. |

Caldari are boring but that's more of a cultural thing than suit fittings.
Caldari can fit the low slots items without any conflict with their defense.
A typical gallente suit uses two slots for defense based modules, if not more. |

It's the complete other way around for medium frame suits.

Yes, but you sacrific the main tank of your suit to do so, which will become more apparent after CCP Shanghai works out whatever coding error prevents their 'envisioned' suit bonuses. Also as a Scout, you naturally wouldn't stack much armor for the speed loss... but a Medium or Heavy without at least 400 HP and an armor repper is up a creek. |

Actually, you DO have it backwards. The variety of lowslot mods means, shield tankers can fix more to be flexible without sacrificing too much tank. |

Yeah but straight tanking is boring for me so.... It may be boring, but it keeps you alive :3 Although I do play Minmatar Logistics, so I can pretty much change my fit to whatever and its still pretty viable... The popular trend is in Shield-Focused damage sources, so the Gallente have an edge until they add more Minmatar guns. |

If I tank I lose my edge, because it slows me down and I need room for stealth mods |

Mid slots for Biotic Upgrades is the answer. Cardiacs, Kinetics, Myofibril, Hacking should go there. On second thought, maybe Hack Mods belong in Equipment?
And PG Extenders moving to Highs. According to the Skill Tree, Profile Dampening, Range Amplification, and Precision Enhancement should also be on the High side. |

Precision enhancement is already high Range Amp and Profile Damp are low so if anything would follow suit it would be Precision Enhancement Mid slots are a long ways away, if ever Hacking mods definitely don't belong in equipment because then you would have to bring up equipment just to hack You really confused me there, source? |

Mostly just based on the way the Skill Tree divides them. Range and Profile are behind CPU Upgrades. I can't remember why right now (away from game) but I associate the Highs with CPU. Hack Mods are on the same branch as all other Equipment Upgrades. I do see what you're saying about bringing up the equipment wheel. Maybe it should actually be a handheld device? |

Actually, everyone is wrong LOL. We only have medium slots and low slots on our suits. We have no high slots since those are by default, weapon slots. |
