Something big drops today, apparently. Has there been a noticeable/significant drop in the player numbers? Or will we be noticing any significant drops in over the next few days? Also, I remember some posters going "Can't wait til 17th September, see you suckers blabla I'm quitting on that day blablabla", are they still posting?
No troll, just wondering since I haven't had time to play today yet.

I honestly had to think for a second to figure out what you're talking about.
Yeah, player count will probably dip for awhile, but they'll be back. |

My Dust 514 play time has been severely slashed because of Diablo 3, two weeks ago. GTA5 isn't going to help either.
Rather than seeing this as a bad thing I prefer to think of it as giving CCP time to work on the game. |

I can confirm that last night for several matches in a row I was the only person on the map for a good ten minutes. It was great for the wp/sp!
Then some idiot came on and I tried to guide him to a supply depot so we could hack it back and forth. He was too dumb to understand, and killed me. Why you gots to be so dumb, pubbies?  |

I guess GTA V + Tuesday (since most people are capped out by then) are contributing to really low numbers!
Oh well, after a few days when people finish the game, I guess we'll be back to 4000 ish players over the weekend?

The fun dies quick in those games.
Why do you think there are so many Cheats?
Then, there's the clunky play, total BS shooting mechanics, repetitive missions, etc.
A huge budget isn't the key to being good & winning (i.e. Waterworld, Batman & Robin)
Give it a few months, maybe weeks, they'll be back.

i mean ...It looks cool and it sure is authentic when mimicing real life stuff, but how many times can a real life person go trough his windshield a day ?, i am not pulling the RL crappy card on it but it seems more of a novelty item that would get to me after i get ejected for the 20 the time. |

well, it is the 18th, and they did just announce that NONE of the things they said were ready were(which people actually wanted), and that a bunch of unrelated crap was(technically wanted, but they didn't even give it mention until they said they couldn't get the parts they promised in. like they're a ****ing consolation prize) |
