I hope Logistics can get more points for what the do... We hardly make war point unless were using Advanced-Proto stuff even though if you I militia gear ( Assualt ) on a Sniper character I can make more points than a Logi |

Fairly new myself (only 1.5 M sp) best way to profit as a logi
1) Start the match with two types of Uplinks, drop them a reasonable distance from the front line. (ie hotly contested objectives in skirmish or dom, or a safe red free area in ambush)
2) Switch suits and drop hives in a safe location near a shoot out
3) rep/shoot/replinish hives and uplinks as necessary
4) profit
I am a decent shot at best but still manage to finish in the top 3 of most matches even when going 0/7. Just doing what ever my Team needs.

I Use Nanohives, uplinks and remote explosives on my Amarr Logi and I come in the top 3 most matches without much killing. |

I play a scout, but my two (count 'em two, impressive I know) corp-mates run logistics and there is almost never a match where they drop below 1000wp. Hell, I added uplinks to my scout fitting and I net an extra few hundred every match just by dropping them in contested positions.
Some tips from my friends:
-Drop hives when firefights occur in choke points.
-Drop links near objectives and supply depots, be creative and make them hard to find.
-Repair your teammates, especially heavies.
-Run with a group and revive all twitchy fast like some kind of delirious funky priest.
I hope that helps in some way.
You may also want to squad up with some decent Logistics runners in your corp while you get the hang of the role. |

Get a rep tool, nanite injector and nano hive. Don't go in front of the team and stay behind Heavies, supporting them.
So much WP; you can run Nova Knives and not ever have to swing them, as long as you keep the heavies and supports well supplied and alive. |

Even though the Active scanner doesn't give WP it is good to have. Running as a squad leader and using the active scanner to paint targets gives decent WP. Stay back and scan if there isn't logi stuff to do and carry a side arm to fix anyone who gets up close. |

Yes revive them blindly in the face of the guy still shooting the new corpse, so when he revive/dies again, revive him once more = ++WP.
Just don't do it when it's my corpse pls, thx..

Hahaha that's how I enjoy getting kicked from squads. It does get you a crap load of points... What if right after a revive you are invincible for 3 seconds so that doesn't happen... that's always annoying |

Why? done correctly I have been returned from the dead repped and effectively tanked their weaponry multiple times. If someone at the front gets dropped the team makes a momentary push to give the logi cover to his job!! |

He is right, unless he is dying allot. The triage points you get from repping is quickly capped, and you need to participate in a really long match before it times out and you again gain triage points.
I can get allot of warpoints if I also die allot getting triage cap reset and equipment resupplied. This is a problem. I can go 0/0 in a match but gets more warpoints when going 0/5!! |

You're wrong. I play as a logi, advanced caldari logi suit with all basic equipment (for money saving purposes). On any given game I average well above 1000 wp a match. On domination and skirmish game modes I'll average between 1500-2500. You just don't play your logi correctly if you're not topping the leader boards in a match. |

I run all std/mlt gear and i make between 1000-2500 WP in an ambush and 2000-3500 a skirmish

My first fitting for every pub match is my Minnie UplinkBro. It comes equipped with:
-Militia Shield Extender x 2
-Militia Armor Plate x 2
-Assault Rifle
-Locus Grenade
-Drop Uplink
-Stable Drop Uplink
-R9 Drop Uplink
It last surprisingly long on the field and the ability to throw out 4 uplinks nets me a good amount of passive WP. In addition, it costs slightly over 10k ISK per fitting. Following up to this, I tend to run my full support Medic Logi who is equipped with ADV nanohives, injectors, and rep tools for more WP gain. Throw in a little MD action and you have yourself a good amount of assist points. |

I made 2000+ WP in Ambush matches today, if you aren't even getting 1000+ WP per match as a Logi then you must be doing it wrong or you just suck.

I certainly appreciate Logis, a team with several skilled Logis will usually prosper, however in all honesty I'm not sure how much I respect the difficulty of their role. It's often the case that someone with a terrible K/D ratio tops the table by some distance and to be honest I do sometimes wonder if they've earned their WP as hard as I have.
Not saying I don't respect and appreciate Logis but it does seem like the easiest route to huge WP. I guess it's fair enough it's just not my way. |

Wow. After reading these comments...wow.
Why do you ppl talk these things if you dont know nothing about it?
1. As logi you can play every role in game (only no heavy) so make extre fits
2. As logi you can have same kills as assaults and rest. My mates are getting like 10+/3 (usually more kills) atleast with 2-3k wp.
3. Make fits with : 3types of dropuplink,3types of hives. After you spawn egnouth of them change fit for injector,rep and scanner.
4. Play with team. You can play as frontline logi more focused on surv and dps or supply logi more focued on carried eqiupment. |
