It would be smart to have a "Delete ALL" feature for all mail boxes. It took me over 20min to do them one by one, it was crazy. Thank you |

We'd need to figure out a way to deal with the fact there are many players with lots of mails they want to keep mixed in with lots of mail they want to delete.
...How about a "Select" and "Do" system like most modern email systems have?
Players could just press a button, say "Square", on any mail they want to highlight; then after a bunch are highlighted, select what they want to do with all the highlighted mails.
A nice "Highlight all" button at the top could easily do the job of the "Delete all" function we're seeking to implement.
...Of course, implementing "Delete all" is like 3 lines of code, and a highlight system is like 60. :\ |

Yeah some improvement on the mail deletion would be nice.
It doens't help at all that deleting is the last option in the list and that it asks for confirmation. There should be a delete mode where you "check" all the ones you want to delete and then you delete them. Just like when you invite players to a channel or a squad. |

Even a simple "we're looking at it" or, "we aren't looking at it" about the important stuff would be nice! |

Only some Dev teams have time to come on the forums, you will notice Team True Grit more than anyone else.
Also, Devs usually only comments on things that apply to them. Team True Grit won't be commenting on a thread about how Tanks are Up or ARs are OP. A lot of times CCP doesn't have time to be commenting on every single thread about ARs and Tanks
Half of them are pointless QQ anyways. |
