I love being able to provide my team a mobile spawn point. It adds a something new and fresh to my Dust experience.
I had skilled into Logi LAVs back around the launch of uprising but haven't actually used it until now.
Here is an example of how my matches go.
I pick some people up from spawn and drop them off at whatever objective makes the most sense. I then start to make my way to the mid objective to provide anyone unlucky enough to have died this early a spawn point. After I get my people to the objective I then find an objective that we are currently assaulting or one that is being left unguarded and provide a spawn for my team to let out a continuous stream of allies to the front lines. While all this is happening, I am letting my active scanner do it's dirty work of showing the enemy to my team.
And yes, if the opportunity presents itself I do try to run people over. But I don't make it my only goal. I do try to refrain from running over heavies because have played in a heavy suit before and realize it's nearly impossible to evade. Unless your directly trying to kill me, then you can meet my fender.
Anyone else out there like me and uses the Logi LAV as an actual Logi LAV? I'd like to hear your experiences. |

I've got 3 fits for llav, uplink, tank healer, and a murder taxi
uplinks my least fav, as when transporting randoms, they just wont get out when i drop them off at obj
tank healers ok, except since the update i cant see the tanks health so my reps are kinda wasted when they use theres, with squad and mic this wouldnt be a issue but as a lone wolf it is
murder taxi now non-existant, which is fine by be, that **** was stupid from both ends (driver and victim)
we need WP for reps, and the infantry reps from llav should be a AOE thingy, like the hives

Sadly, the vehicle scanner only works for your squad.
Instead of a mobile CRU I instead load up on uplinks and drive around placing them near objectives and stuff. I would have a CRU, but I'm constantly moving in and out of my LAV doing different things (swarms, nanohives, uplink replacement) and I don't want to risk a bluedot trolling away into the sunset with my Char =/ |

I can't leave my Limby without the fear of someone jacking my ride. |

i dont allow blues in my LLAV because they usually will not get out unless there's a chance to steal the vehicle
there's a lot of LAV haters that do it just to grief the owner
i mostly run active scanner and dual shield reps |
